Airship Captain's Pendant

Imagine yourself standing in the bow of your own airship, surrounded by clouds, the wind on your face, and this pendant hanging over the front of your ruffled shirt.

I rescued this unusual Art Deco style piece from a junk shop, cleaned it up (which included disinfecting with rubbing alcohol), removed the plastic “gem” and replaced it with a brass propeller that spins when moved by hand.

Pendant measures 55 x 35 mm (about 2-1/8 x 1-1/2 inches), on a 30-inch chain with a lobster claw clasp.
