$20.00 - Item#N110BEE
This necklace was created with a combination of new and recycled jewelry parts. One of my favorite things is to breathe new life into old jewelry. Or, as my daughter says, “It’s amazing how you take old junk and make it into something really nice, Mom.” The centerpiece pendant is 3 inches long, and the chain is adjustable between 16-18 inches long. Gift boxed. Please note: Monitors vary, so colors may not be exactly the same in person.

$16.00 - Item#N110ETERNAL
This is a carved eternal knot pendant on a double strand of hand-dyed silk, 19 inches long with brass clasp. Knot is 1-1/4 inch long (image enlarged above to show details). This is a handmade original jewelry piece, and there is only one available. I didn’t carve the pendant myself, it was purchased. I’m not sure what sort of stone it is, but my guess is that it’s brown nephrite (a variety of jade). Gift boxed. Please note: Monitors vary, so colors may not be exactly the same in person.
Endless knots, without beginning or end, are common in European and Asian cultures. Knotwork patterns appear on Celtic and Viking artifacts, and the endless knot is one of the eight auspicious symbols of Buddhism.

$8.00 - Item#GNOMEHOME
Gnome Terrariums are wonderful, self-contained, magical environments. Your Gnome Terrarium has just the right balance of fairy dust, moss, and stone to maintain a single North American Diminutive Wildwood Gnome. No watering nor feeding is required, just an occasional cotton swabbing if the fairy dust gets out of control. Simply remove the cork during each full moon, and your Gnome will conduct its necessary business and return by morning.
IMPORTANT: Without magic, they will not thrive. You must whisper a wish to your Gnome at least once a week. Keeping your Gnome Terrarium near stones, plants, ceramic unicorns, pewter wizards, and any other magical items or creatures also helps to maintain the health of your Gnome. ALL GNOMES ARE WILLING PARTICIPANTS IN THE GNOME TERRARIUM, AND NO GNOMES ARE HARMED WHILE MAKING THIS PRODUCT. Join the Gnome Terrarium project and help preserve the Gnome population as its imaginary habitat dwindles.
Each Gnome Terrarium is handmade and unique. Stones, moss, fairy dust and gnomes will vary from the one shown here. Each Gnome Terrarium measures just two inches high (not including cork, image enlarged to show details) and comes in a dark green drawstring pouch, along with an instruction sheet. Please note, this is not a jewelry item. It does not come on a cord or chain.
Bulk and wholesale orders are possible for this item. Contact me for additional information. To the best of my knowledge, I am the inventor of this item. I came up with the idea on my own, and have been making them and selling them since November 2008. Please let me know if you find others making this item, as it is copyrighted to me.

$10.00 - Item#N110ELEPHANT
This charm is made with a real letter “E” Scrabble tile (you can see the reverse, below). This is a handmade original jewelry creation from my own studio, and there is only one available. Gift boxed. Please note: Monitors vary, so colors may not be exactly the same in person. No games were harmed in the making of this necklace — I only use tiles taken from old, incomplete sets.

Several of the artists featured in the book “Steampunk Style Jewelry” are from North Carolina. We will all be at an artists reception from 6-8pm on Friday February 5 at Ornamentea in downtown Raleigh, with our jewelry on display. I will bring the original pieces featured in the book, if the publisher has returned them by then. I hope to have several new steampunk pieces completed and on display, as well.
