Wastelander's Lucky 8-Ball
Increases the Luck stat by 1 point as long as it is carried in the player's inventory.
While playing Fallout 3, it’s possible to receive a Lucky 8-ball from Timebomb in Big Town. But this Lucky 8-ball tin comes with the following items inside:
1) One Nuka-Cola bottlecap necklace, made with an official Fallout Wasteland Warfare bottlecap hung on 20-inch black waxed cotton cord with silvertone clasp.
