FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING TO DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE U.S. AND CANADA! First Class mail through the US Postal Service is included at no additional cost. This does not include tracking or insurance, but I do obtain receipts for proof of mailing. First Class to destinations within the U.S. typically takes 3-10 days from the time I drop it in the mail, but in unusual circumstances can take up to 4 weeks.

Shipping to Canada can take anywhere from a week to three months – I don’t know why, and I have no control over delivery times. Please understand that first class shipping to Canada is at your own risk and is uninsured. If you want a fully-insured, secure package, you must choose the Express option when you check out.

PRIORITY SHIPPING & HANDLING IN THE U.S. is available for $5.00 more. Priority shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the time I drop it in the mail, but is not guaranteed. If you need your items in a hurry, please contact me before ordering to see if rush service is available.

PRIORITY & EXPRESS SHIPPING TO CANADA AND THE U.K. are available at an additional cost. You can select these options during checkout. Delivery time is 1-2 weeks for Priority, and 3-5 days for Express. Express is also fully insured for up to US$100

I DO NOT SHIP TO ANY OTHER COUNTRIES AT THIS TIME. I cannot block international shipping through my PayPal shopping cart, so if you try to place an order deliverable to other countries, it will go through the system. But it will be immediately refunded as soon as I receive it.

ADDITIONAL INFO: I ship orders to the address you provide when you checkout through PayPal. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, but not on holidays or weekends. I can’t always get to the post office the same day an order is placed. Please understand that this is an artist’s website, not a company. I do both the jewelry making and order fulfillment myself. I don’t have employees. This is not my full-time job, and I do have several other commitments.

If you place your order on a weekday, I may not get a chance to package and ship it until the next business day or the day after. If you place an order on the weekend, you order will be received but I will not be able to deal with it until Monday. Sometimes shipping is delayed because I’m away for business, vacation, family emergency, etc.

If you order one of the few items that are made when ordered (such as the Pink Bead Necklace or metal serenity pendant), it can take up to 4 weeks for your order to be filled, depending on my schedule. Please see the individual item listing for details.
