FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING TO DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE U.S.A.! This is for First Class mail through the US Postal Service. This does not include tracking or insurance, but I do obtain receipts for proof of mailing. First Class typically takes 3-10 days from the time I drop it in the mail, but in unusual circumstances can take up to 4 weeks.

DOMESTIC PRIORITY SHIPPING & HANDLING is available to U.S. addresses for $3.00 more. Priority shipping typically takes 2-5 business days from the time I drop it in the mail, but is not guaranteed. If you need your items faster, please contact me before ordering.

INSURANCE is included at no additional cost for orders totaling more than $75.00.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING is only available as a special service for CANADA and the UNITED KINGDOM. I do not ship to any other countries at this time.

If you are in CANADA and don’t want any special shipping options, go ahead and check out normally. The cost for basic shipping to CANADA is pretty much the same as for destinations in the US, so I don’t charge any extra. However, if you want special shipping, such as Global Priority, please contact me in advance of ordering and I will have to process your order manually. Please note that basic shipping to CANADA can take anywhere from a week to a month or more to arrive. I don’t know why, I think it has something to do with customs or inspections at the border.

IF YOU ARE IN THE UK, PLEASE CONTACT ME BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. THERE IS NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTION CURRENTLY PROGRAMMED INTO MY SHOPPING CART SO I WILL HAVE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER MANUALLY. The cost to the UK varies depending on the weight of the parcel and the amount of risk you are willing to take, and can range from $2.00 for a small, uninsured air mail parcel, to $50 for a larger, fully-insured Global Priority Mail package. Please note that international shipping can take 3 days to 3 months (yes, it’s happened), and I have no control over shipping time, import taxes, opened packages or shipments held up at customs.

OTHER SHIPPING INFO

I ship orders to the address you provide when you checkout through PayPal. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, but not on holidays or weekends. I can’t always get to the post office the same day an order is placed. Please understand that this is an artist’s website, not a company. I do both the jewelry making and order fulfillment myself. I don’t have employees. This is not my full-time job, and I do have several other time commitments.

If you place your order on a weekday, I may not get a chance to package and ship it until the next business day or the day after. If you place an order on the weekend, you order will be received but I will not be able to deal with it until Monday. Sometimes shipping is delayed because I’m away on business, or there’s a family emergency.

If you order one of the few items that are made when ordered (such as the Browncoat earrings or Pink Bead Necklace), it can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks for your order to be filled, depending on my schedule. Please see the individual item listing for details.
