When you place an order, I ask for your email address so that I can confirm your order and send you payment instructions. I also collect your name and a shipping address so that I can send you your order. Your phone number is optional and ONLY used in the event I cannot reach you by email.

Payments are only accepted through Pay Pal or Amazon. Any credit card information, bank account numbers, or other personal information you provide to Pay Pal, or Amazon, remains with those websites, and I have no access to it.

I keep records of my customers names, addresses, & phone numbers (if provided) in my email address book.And I retain copies of all email correspondence.

If you send me a thank you message or provide positive feedback, I will usually add it to my customer comments page. However, I do not print full names, and I do not provide locations or any other identifying information with the comment.

I NEVER share any information with anyone under any circumstances. I don’t even have any employees who might see it — I am the sole artist, salesperson, website administrator, business contact, owner and secretary.
