I will be on vacation through the end of the year. Any orders placed between now and January 3, 2010, will not be shipped until Monday January 4, 2010. If this is a problem, please email me at JLHjewelry@gmail.com to cancel your order. 

I will be shipping your order to the address provided by PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, but not on holidays or weekends. Please understand that this is an artist’s website, not a company. I personally do all of the jewelry making and shipping myself. I don’t have employees, and this is not my full-time job. Sometimes shipping is delayed because I’m out of town, there’s a family emergency, I’m ill, or there are several orders ahead of yours.

If you have ordered one of the few items that are created when ordered (such as the Browncoat earrings or Pink Bead Necklace), it can take anywhere from one to four weeks for your order to be filled, depending on my schedule. Please see the individual item listing for details.
