I will be shipping your order to the address provided by PayPal. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, but not on holidays or weekends. Please understand that this is an artist’s website, not a company. I personally make all of the jewelry, handle the order processing, update the website, and do the shipping myself. I don’t have employees, and this is not my full-time job. Sometimes shipping is delayed because I’m working, out of town, have a family emergency, I’m ill, or there are several orders ahead of yours.

IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. please make sure you’ve read and understand my shipping policies. I only ship to the U.S., the U.K. and Canada. PayPal does not allow me to block orders from other countries, so any order received from other countries will be refunded unless you have made arrangements with me in advance.
